Depending upon the nature of works due within your home, you may be offered a number of choices to allow you to personalise your home to your own taste.

 

For example, if you are due to receive a kitchen you may choose from the following:- 

  • 3 colours of kitchen unit doors
  • 2 colours of kitchen unit carcass
  • 6 colours of worktop
  • 3 colours of vinyl floor covering
  • 5 colours of gloss wall tiles plus 2 colours of satin wall tiles
  • 2 types of tap (lever or cross head)
  • plus a choice of 11 colours of emulsion to the kitchen walls

Where significant works are proposd for your home, we will invite you to an Open Day before the work starts to allow you to meet the Constructor, ask any questions you may have, see the choices on offer and decide which you would like in your home.
