Ashfield Homes knows that to offer an excellant service to it’s customers, those customers need to be involved in the way that services are delivered.

Over the last few years a number of focus groups and forums have been set up to cover the differant sections of the Housing services.

The Tenant Participation Officer oversee’s the work of the focus groups and ensures that meetings are held in a comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere, to maximise the input from residents accross Ashfield.

Most groups meet on a quarterly (every three months) basis, and discuss topics such as Service Standards and Publications, and also get involveed in organising events such as the Older Persons Roadshows.

There are many ways to get involved in Ashfield Homes Services, the amount of time you can give is entirely up to you. You could even be part of our postal consultation forum.
