1. We do not have a TRA, who do we contact?

You can contact the Tenant Participation Officer for Ashfield Homes who will discuss how to form a Tenants and Residents Association and offer support.

2. I own my own house, do I count?

Yes you do. Tenants and Residents Associations cover everyone who lives in a defined area.

3. How many people do we need to form a TRA?

Even if there are only a couple of people interested at first it’s worth holding an open meeting. You will eventually need at least a Chair, Secretary and Treasurer.
