Recent improvements

During the last year you have told us that we should make this website friendlier and easier to understand. We have worked with this feedback and:

• Reviewed the website, using plain English and removing jargon.
• Made the website easier to access - see our 'using this website' page for all the new features, including Browsealoud and on-line translations.
• Trimmed down the number of links on the home page, to make things easier to find
• Produced new guidelines for all our staff who update the website.

Your responses since suggest that we are getting it right, but that there is always more that can be done.
