We use the results from all our customer customer surveys to help us understand when our customers are less satisfied and where we can improve our services. By you filling in a survey it helps us get a better picture of what we need to do.

Latest results
We have asked you for feedback on what you think of this website. You scored us on average as 6 out of 10 for all questions. Some people gave the website full marks and others scored it lower.
We have then carried out some more work to find out what tenants think about the site in a face-to-face discussion. Tenants have told us that the site can sometimes be too wordy, too impersonal and uses too much jargon.
