Getting involved in a training session

Getting involved with our support services

What does this mean? We encourage people to give us their views about the service they receive from us. This can be done in a number of ways, for instance:

  • One-to-one meetings
  • Satisfaction surveys
  • Ashfield Homes website
  • Mystery shopping
  • Tenant inspectors

Getting involved is about you having the right to have your say about our support service and be listened to. Your views and comments can improve our service and help us to check whether we are doing things right. Even if you are only engaging with the service for a short while, we would like to know what you think.

Would you be interested in becoming a mystery shopper?

We are looking for people to join our database of mystery shoppers. This involves contacting our services and asking questions. You will be given a scenario to read from and asked to record your findings. We will want to know if you received a good service, did we speak to you in a polite manner, and did we answer your questions. This feedback will be used to develop and improve our services.

Would you be interested in becoming a Tenant Inspector ?

We are looking for people to become Tenant Inspectors. Tenant Inspectors are free to choose the level of involvement they want.  You may choose to test our services via the phone or may choose to attend meetings, or carry out a variety of checks on the services we provide.

Please note all the above ways of being involved above are voluntary.

If you would like to be involved or would like more information, please contact Nicky Walsh, Supported Housing Services Manager on 01623 608996 or via email on
