Withdrawing Support

Support is normally withdrawn once the agreed Support Plan that was set up for you is complete and you are able to sustain your tenancy independently.

For the twelve month period following withdrawal of support, quarterly assessments are carried out to ensure that the Support Plan objectives that were set are still in place - if this is not the case then support can be recommenced.

Appeals Procedure

You can appeal against the support being withdrawn. This can be done by either completing the attached form and sending it to the Supported Housing Services Manager or by contacting by telephone on 01623 608996.

The Supported Housing Services Manager will review your case and make a decision within 10 working days of receiving the appeal form.

You will be notified of the decision made within the above time period. You can make a further appeal against the decision made, but need to do so within 2 calendar days. Should you wish to do this please contact Supported Housing Services Manager on 01623 608996 who will advise you of the process.

You can also download an Appeals Form and send it to:- Tenancy Support Service, Ashfield Homes Limited, Broadway, Brook Street,Sutton in Ashfield, Nottinghamshire, East Midlands, NG17 1AL.
