We want all tenants have the chance to take part in events and meetings. With this in mind we offer to pay you back any out of pocket expenses for travel, childcare and carers costs.

For us to pay you back your expenses, a signed form must be completed.

Travel

Is paid at 39.5p Per mile and will not increase in a car share situation. To claim you must be the car driver and owner.

Childcare

Paid at 5.00 pounds per hour, regardless of the number of children being cared for. The carer must be over the age of 18 years and be willing for Ashfield Homes Ltd to have contact details.

Carer

Paid at 5.00 pounds per hour, regardless of the number of people being cared for. The carer must be over the age of 18 years and be willing for Ashfield Homes Ltd to have contact details.
