Ashfield Homes Ltd is committed to ensuring that all Tenants have the opportunity to take part in Focus groups and Forums. With this in mind we can now offer the reimbursement of out of pocket expenses for Travel, Childcare and Carers costs. The following information sets out the scales of pay and the rules for this.

In all cases a form should be completed and signed.

Any missing information will result in none payment of expenses.

Travel

Will be paid at 39.5p Per mile and will not increase in a car share situation. The claimant must be the car driver and owner.

Childcare 

Will be paid at £5.00 per hour irrespective of numbers of children being cared for. The carer must be over the age of 18 years and be willing for Ashfield Homes Ltd to have contact details.

Carer 

Will be paid at £5.00 per hour irrespective of numbers of people being cared for. The carer must be over the age of 18 years and be willing for Ashfield Homes Ltd to have contact details.
