Tracking the progress of your repairs
By registering with our Open Ashfield scheme you can follow the progress of your repair on-line as well as look at other accounts you may have with us.
You can also track the progress of any repair request that you have reported by contacting our Repairs Call Handling Centre on 0800 479 4999 (Freephone) In some circumstances, it may be necessary to forward your details on to one of our Technical Services Officers, who will then contact you with any appropriate information.

If you are not yet registered with open Ashfield and would like to track the progress of the repairs you report, please complete and submit the details below. We will then register you with the scheme and write back to you with how to log on. We aim to do this within 5 working days.
