About exchanges and the swappa home scheme

If you are an existing tenant of Ashfield Homes, any Housing Association, or another Council, you may be able to exchange homes with another tenant, even if they are not with the same landlord as you. Exchanges are a good way to help yourself and may prevent you having to wait on the transfer list.

How to register for swappa home

Simply print and complete the registration form and return it to your local Property shop or complete the form online.  You can send us a photograph of your property to help us advertise it. 

Please note that when registering, you will be asked for either your email address or phone number. By submitting your details, you are providing this information for display on this website, and can be contacted by parties interested in your home.

Once you have found a swap you need to inform us so that we can delete your details from our records.  We cannot guarantee that all information is up-to-date.
