We are always carrying out different types of works across the District. Some of the major works currently being undertaken include, but are not limited to:

- Replacement kitchens and/or bathrooms

- Replacement central heating boilers/systems

- Remedial electrical works

- Fire protection upgrade works to specific property types

- Replacing single glazed windows with double glazed windows

- Replacement External Doors (security upgrade programme) 

- Communal boiler replacement and system upgrades to specific Sheltered Accommodation

- Externally insulated render application to solid brick walled properties (where significant Government funding is available).

A number of other different and varied types of works will also be carried out over the forthcoming financial year.
