Major Works Programme January 2010 – March 2015
Our current Construction Partner, Frank Haslam Milan (fhm), will be responsible for rectifying defects (relating to the major works they have undertaken) for a period of 12 months from the completion of such works to your home. This completion date is known as the ‘Handover’ date. This date can be found in the ‘Home Maintenance Guide’ given to you on completion of the works.
If you want to report a defect relating to works carried out on our major works programme (where the work was completed within the last 12 months), please call Ashfield Homes on 01623 608873 (during normal working hours Monday to Friday) and we will arrange for our Construction Partner, Frank Haslam Milan, to carry out the rectification.
To report an emergency repair relating to works carried out on our major works programme (where the work was completed within the last 12 months), and which occurs outside normal working hours, please call fhm directly on 0800 019 0919 (Monday to Friday 5.00pm to 8.00am and 24 hours a day Saturday and Sunday).
If you have a defect after the 12 month period, or if the defect is NOT related to the major works, please call Ashfield Homes Repairs Call Centre on 0800 479 4999 (Freephone) 24 hours a day 7 days a week, or use our online defects reporting tool.
