Major Works Programme January 2007 - March 2011 

Our Construction Partner, Connaught Partnerships Limited, will  be responsible for rectifying defects (relating to the major works they have undertaken) for a period of 12 months from the completion of such works to your home. The completion date is known as the ’handover’ date.

A Home Maintenance Guide, showing the ’handover’ date, will be given to you on completion of improvement works to your home.      

If you want to report a defect relating to works carried out on our major works programme (where the work was completed within the last 12 months), please call Ashfield Homes on 01623 608873 (during normal working hours Monday to Friday) and we will arrange for our Construction Partner, Connaught Partnerships Ltd, to carry out the rectification.   

To report an emergency repair relating to works carried out on our major works programme (where the work was completed within the last 12 months), and which occurs outside normal working hours, please call Connaught Partnerships Ltd directly on 0800 612 2098 (Monday to Friday 5.00pm to 8.00am and 24 hours a day Saturday and Sunday).
