January 2010 – 2015: Frank Haslam Milan

We have recently appointed Frank Haslam Milan (fhm) as our Construction Partner following an extensive European procurement process. Founded in 1928, fhm are dedicated to redeveloping homes and communities, and limit their works solely to the Public Sector, Local Authorities, Housing Associations, and ALMOs. The partnership between fhm, Ashfield Homes, and Ashfield District Council, is set to run from January 2010 to March 2015, and may invest up to £25 Million into the council’s housing stock. The works will include programmes of ongoing replacement of building elements such as kitchens, bathrooms, central heating systems, electrical installations, roof coverings, and windows. By carrying out these works we will be able to maintain the Government’s Decent Homes Standards to Ashfield District Council’s housing stock.

October 2006 – August 2009: Connaught Partnerships Ltd

Our Construction Partner between October 2006 and August 2009 was Connaught Partnerships Limited. They were responsible for delivering our major works programmes during this period.
