How to apply
If you are a tenant of Ashfield Homes, you can apply for the Community Alarm/Care Co-ordinator service by contacting the Ashfield Homes Support Centre (01623 608990) and completing a request form. Your circumstances will tell us if you are eligible for the Service. Should you be eligible for the Service, a Community Alarms Officer will visit you and install the Community Alarm.
The Care Co-ordinator will then liaise with you to arrange your Assessment and Support Plan and discuss any help you may need. If you need any help filling out the application form then please let us know. The Supported Housing Services Team is based at our Head Office.
