Getting in touch:
- To report a problem you can call the service free on 0800 183 84 84.
- Out of hours you can leave a message on the automated message recording service.
- If you need an immediate response in an emergency, you should continue to contact the Police on 999.
- The Council takes any reports of anti-social behaviour seriously and if you report a problem to us we will either call you back or visit you within 3 days.
- The Community Protection Officers will keep you informed about what they have done or are doing to help resolve the concerns you have reported.

Ashfield Homes’ Housing Management Advisors will continue to receive, record and action calls from Ashfield District Council tenants in respect of allegations of anti-social behaviour affecting their tenancies during normal office hours. The Company remains committed to combating anti-social behaviour in the District and will offer support and, where appropriate, enforcement action to stop the people responsible.
