Garages and plots to rent

There are a good range of garages and plots that can be rented from Ashfield Homes throughout the district.  A garage plot is an area of hardstanding that you can rent from us and place your own garage there.  Plot rents range from £0.85 to £1.00 weekly excluding V.A.T. and garages are either £4.46, £4.99 or £5.51 per week, excluding V.A.T.

Garages can be rented by anyone aged 18 or over, regardless of whether you are a tenant of Ashfield District Council or not.  If you are an Ashfield District Council tenant you will not have to pay V.A.T., otherwise this will be added to your weekly charge.

Garage locations and waiting lists

The links below provide details of where our garage sites are located and give an indication of the level of demand for the sites.  For some sites there are long waiting lists, while for others demand is lower.  An empty garage or site is offered to any person on the list who is registered disabled in the first instance and then in date order of application.
