Pay the easy way - pay by Direct Debit!
More and more tenants are choosing to pay their rent by Direct Debit. It means that there are no cheques to write, no postage costs, and no queuing at the Cash Office or Post Office, because payments are made for you by your Bank or Building Society. Paying by Direct Debit is by far the cheapest payment method with each payment costing us approximately six pence in administration charges. Paying this way can therefore save costs, which means that more resources can be diverted into providing front line Housing Services that directly affect you, the tenants.
