Registration

To take advantage of these facilities, you simply need to complete and submit a registration form, which you can do in a number of ways.  Once registered, we will write to you to confirm and give you your username and password, which you must not give out to any other persons.  You will then use the username and password when entering the site to ensure that only you can view your own account information.   Registration will normally take up to 5 working days.
