Some of the homes advertised on this site have shorter waiting lists, or higher turnover.  If you think you might be interested in widening your preferences to include some of these areas or property types, please contact your local property shop. 

We also advertise some of our empty homes on this site as well as in a magazine called Your Future in Our Homes which gets sent to you twice a year once you are registered.  

How we then let the empty homes is determined for us by the Council’s Lettings Scheme. We aim to ensure a supply of good quality homes through our Empty Properties Service Standard making sure they are repaired quickly and efficiently.
