Launch into the Private Sector!

 

On the 26th November 2009, the Company launched its Call Monitoring and Home Visiting Packages under the name of ‘First 4 Support’ to customers within the private Sector. Previously the services had only been available to Council tenants.

 

‘First 4 Support’ provides two services:-

 

Call Monitoring Package (£2.84 per week plus VAT where applicable)

The Call Monitoring Package involves the provision of a Lifeline that allows you, in the event of an emergency, to contact our First 4 Support, Call Centre which is staffed 24 hours a day, every day of the year.

 

Home Visiting Package (£3.04 per week plus VAT where applicable)

The Home Visiting Package provides a visiting service to your home.

 

If you wish to receive the Call Monitoring Package, you must have a working telephone line in your home.

W are currently only offering this service within the Ashfield District.
