Housing Services Project Officer - 6 Months Contract

Description:
We have a number of key projects within the organisation which need to be completed over the next six months in both our Technical and Housing Services departments and are seeking two recently qualified Graduates.

The Housing Services projects would include assisting with the implementation of Choice Based Lettings, the Tenant Participation Review and the introduction of Local Standards as required by the Tenants Services Authority.

You must have a relevant degree, together with a commitment to developing your skills and knowledge.

You will have a strong work ethic, good interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with a good eye for detail.

You will also need the ability to produce regular reports and carry out research and evaluation relating to policies, procedures and new initiatives.

Good IT skills are important, as well as strong organisational and problem-solving skills.

A full driving licence and access to a motor vehicle during working hours will be needed as you may be required to travel to sites throughout the district.

Location: Ashfield, Nottinghamshire
