Providing a responsive 24hr emergency call service, 365 days a year to over 2,500 vulnerable people, our Support Centre Service is a friendly and dedicated team, responsible for ensuring that some 3,500 calls every month are handled with care, whether it’s a routine call or a serious emergency situation.
We are currently looking for a valuable addition to our existing team.
Flexible to work an average of 30 hours a week, on a 24 hour shift system which will sometimes entail working outside of normal working hours including night working, weekends and Bank Holidays, you will be able to think on your feet, and have the ability to determine an appropriate course of action.
You will need experience working within a supportive customer service environment,
clerical/administrative skills and possess a sympathetic ear and calming nature. In
return you can enjoy comfortable surroundings, whilst gaining immense job satisfaction as you help to promote independent living for our customers.
