FAQ
How do you let an empty property?
When a property becomes available for letting, a Housing  Management Advisor  produces a computer generated ’match list ’ for that specific property. The list contains everyone who wants that type of property in that particular area.

The list prints in points order, those with the most at the top. We allocate the property to the person at the top of the list. If it is refused, we work our way down the list to those with lesser points. A copy of the Lettings Scheme is available at all offices.
