FAQ
I have just received a Notice of Seeking Possession, What does this mean?
This means you have substantial rent arrears and we are considering taking legal action against you. You have 28 days to contact us to make an agreement to pay your arrears and reduce the debt. Contact us as soon as you receive the Notice, it is not too late to avoid further action. If you do not contact us, and your arrears do not reduce, we will consider Court action. If the court grants an order against you for rent arrears and you do not stick to the terms of the order, you can be evicted.
