FAQ
I am having difficulty paying rent. What can I do?

Contact your Housing Management Advisor immediately, who will give advice on how to clear your arrears by agreeing a repayment plan with you. If you are not in receipt of Housing Benefit, please pick up an application form from any of our Property Shops or Ashfield District Council. Alternatively please download a Housing Benefit Form. If you need help completing the form please let us know.

Remeber that you should continue to make payments to your rent account until your Housing Benefit claim has been processed and the Council have determined how muck benefit you will recieve.
