What are rent arrears?
Rent arrears are what you owe in unpaid rent, caused by late payments, missed payments or part payments, As you are charged a weekly rent, due each Monday, if you choose to pay fortnightly or monthly, payments should be made IN ADVANCE to avoid unecessary arrears on your account, and reminders being sent to you.
