FAQ
My home is not on the Major Works Programme, why is this, as I need some repairs carrying out ?

Your home meets the Government’s Decent Homes Standard, or it may be that a previous tenant did not want to benefi from the improvement works highlighted for your home at the time. If you feel that this may be the case then please contact Misty McGrath, Tenant Liaison Officer, on 01623 608860 or 07900 228054.

You can still report repairs in the usual way on 0800 479 4999. Please see the ’Report Repairs’ section of the Ashfield Homes website for more information.

If your home becomes Non–Decent in the future, then it will be included within subsequent programmes of work, subject to sufficient funds being available at that time.
