FAQ
How do I end my tenancy?

If you want to end your tenancy, you must give us written notice. You will normally have to give four weeks notice to end your tenancy, during which rent will be charged (even if you hand the keys in before the expiry of your four week notice period).

Please see the section on Ending Your Tenancy to download a tenancy termination form, or for further advice and assistance about what you need to do before you leave your property.
