FAQ
Can I run a business from home?

You must not run a business from your home without first obtaining our written permission, otherwise you may be in breach of your Tenancy Agreement.

Contact the Tenancy Services Team for further information and advice, or to apply for permission to run a business from your home. You may also need Planning Permission, or Building Regulations approval from Ashfield District Council. You are responsible for applying, but we will where we can, advise when they are required.
