Working for Ashfield Homes

Ashfield Homes is a leading Arms Length Management Organisation based in the North of Nottinghamshire responsible for the repairs, maintenance and management of Ashfield District Council’s housing stock. Awarded Investors in People to accompany the top 3 star rating awarded by the Government Housing Inspectors, Ashfield Homes is a Company at the forefront of its field and has created an environment where the customer comes first.

As a result of the Audit Commission’s award of 3 stars, the Company received some £55 million to invest in the Council’s housing stock to bring the condition up to the Decent Homes Standard. As a consequence Ashfield Homes was the first to achieve the Decent Homes Standard.
