Giving a thumbs up to an idea to improve service

Do you have an idea that could improve our services?

We welcome ideas from our customers about the way we deliver services and would like to hear from you. Very often it is customers who receive the service who can see that current policies and practices are not working or where changes could bring about improvements to the service.

The Customer Service Improvement Scheme is your chance to tell us what is not working or what you think could be done to improve the service provided to you. We welcome all ideas, including those that will help make our services more cost-effective and efficient.

If you do not complete the on-line form, there is a freepost address for returning your complaint to us:
